Upon agreement to market your property we will engage our proven strategies to find the right qualified buyer for your property. First, we input your properties data into several Realtor databases and we make sure the data is correct and up to date at all times. We believe that this step is critical because we want no wasted opportunities. We will then contact people in our databases, consisting of thousands of Realtors, Investors, Mortgage Brokers and other real estate people to make sure they know about your property. We also use several other marketing strategies such as direct mail, internet, fax blasts, and local newspaper ads to gain even more exposure. We also offer all of our listing clients staging advice. We want to make sure your property looks its best when it's being shown to potential buyers.

Our showing desk is also open longer than most real estate offices and we are able to schedule showings directly with you. You will also have access to any feedback from potential buyers which is posted on a private web site. This way you are in the know throughout the whole process and can make adjustments as needed.
